Self-pay overview
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 min)$300
Follow-up / Medication Management (15–30 min)$150
We're happy to provide a superbill to self-pay clients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance about whether and how much you may be reimbursed.
Rates
Session pricing
We offer a concierge, self-pay model for uninsured clients. We accept credit card and cash. Payment is due in full one day before your visit.
Disability paperwork
Established patients only
To complete short-term or long-term disability paperwork, a client must be established with our practice for at least 6 months; otherwise they will be referred back to their primary care provider. The fee is $200, paid in advance. Insurance does not cover the cost of disability paperwork.
